Also the cop costume run you way over $35. In my opinion I say improvise.So why dont you try to make your own costume.. You have the hat get some all black jeans or slacks and a black colared blouse and iron those iron on decals from the craft store onto your blouse.. you can get the fake badge, and cuff at the $1 store.Or you can just try and buy the top of he uniform and have your own black slack.. But i'd say make your own it will be way less exspensive and appropriate. Here is a pic for inspiration.
